The Dushu Lake Science and Higher Education Innovation District offers designated accommodation for international students at the Parfait International Apartments, ensuring a comfortable and convenient living experience.

Currently, these facilities are located within the Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP), close to our university, and are managed by the Suzhou Industrial Park Education Development and Investment Limited Company. While the apartments are not directly owned or operated by the university, we maintain regular communication with the management on behalf of our students to address any concerns and ensure a smooth stay.

Each student enjoys a private bedroom within a shared apartment. The bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower, and sink. For added functionality, the bed features an integrated wardrobe and study table, accessible via a short ladder. Each room also includes a small enclosed balcony, offering additional personal space. Shared areas in the apartment are fully furnished, including a kitchen with essential appliances, a refrigerator, and a communal lounge area with a television, sofas, and armchairs. Laundry facilities are available in each apartment building. To ensure comfort throughout the year, the apartments are equipped with gas central heating for winter and air conditioning for summer.

The Wencui Parfait International Apartments are conveniently located next to Wencui Plaza, a bustling local shopping area that features supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, and mobile phone shops, among other amenities. The apartments are a short 5-minute walk to our Ruo’shui Road campus and a quick 10-minute journey by bus or bicycle to the Ren’ai Road campus.

The Wencui Parfait International Apartments are located next to Wencui Plaza, which is a local shopping area with supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, mobile phone outlets, and so on. The apartments are a 5 minutes’ walk to our Ruo’shui Road campus (main campus) and 10 minutes to the Ren’ai Road Campus by bus.

Pricing:  30-to-90-day contract: 66RMB per day;

91 to 1-year contract: 55RMB per day
