Faced with a fast-growing aging population, China is embracing smart technology to assist its elderly citizens. Abdul Rahim Rasa, an Afghan student from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC) recently visited a community in Hefei, east China's Anhui Province, to witness how the digital era is helping keep the city's elderly population safe and healthy.
