In accordance with Article 30 and Article 56 of the "Regulations on Student Administration in Higher Education Institutions" (Decree No.41 of the Ministry of Education), as well as Article 35, Article 36 and 37 of the "Implementation Rules for the Administration of Graduate Student Status of the University of Science and Technology of China" (University Document [2023] No. 76), upon deliberation and resolution by the President's Administrative Meeting, the university decides to withdraw the student status of the following students:

Owing to the inability to contact the above students, the Withdrawal Decision Letter could not be delivered either in person or by post. In accordance with the Decree No.41 of the Ministry of Education, this Decision is hereby published on the University’s official website.

The Decision shall be deemed to have been delivered to the above students 10 days from the date of publication of this notice.

Should the above students have any objections to this Decision, they may submit a written appeal to the University’s Students Appeal Committee within 10 days from the date on which the Decision is deemed to have been delivered. Failure to submit an appeal within the specified timeframe shall be deemed as a waiver of their right of appeal.
